Ingredients:
3 1/3 flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
1 can (16 oz) pumpkin puree
Raisins and nuts optional
Directions:
- Preheat over to 350 F.
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- Make a well, pour in the wet ingredients.
- Mix until smooth.
- Pour into three greased and floured loaf pans.
