Ingredients:
6 chicken thighs
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp fresh ginger
Directions:
- Marinate the chicken thighs with the rest of the ingredients for 30 minutes.
- Place them on the grill over medium heat. Grill thighs until juices run clear.
